If you’ve been following The Epic Camping Trip series and proceeding posts, perhaps you are wondering, “Does Diana have a little crush? Is there something going on between her and this John fellow she drones on about all the time?” In fact, a few of you have asked that very question.
What girl, who’s sold everything, packed a bag, and headed to far away destinations, doesn’t fantasize a little about encountering her hunk of burning love somewhere along her travels? Alas, while John is certainly a very crushable bloke, we are no more than bros, camping comrades, and long-distance friends. He’s a little too refined; I’m a little too nutty; and we both burp too much for any one relationship to withstand. Thus, all the attention and affection towards John you’ve witnessed is simply my typical potent outpouring of love. There’s no limit on the love we’re allowed in our lifetimes, so why not be intentionally generous and relish in the effervescence of it?
Rest assured, should any whirlwind romance sweep me off my feet, I’ll be sure to share complete with squealing, giggles, and a toe kick. Just don’t hold your breath on this one kids- It’s not just any man that can handle The Quirky but Fierce.
